ZWARP Users Conference 2025

The Zwarp Users conference is a user conference for companies that use our ZWARP technology, want to use it and want to develop it further together with us.
Biaxial wheel and hub testing (generally ZWARP) is a technology that is used to carry out fatigue tests and service life tests on wheels and wheel hubs of commercial vehicles and passenger cars. The ZWARP test bench tests the fatigue strength of wheels in operation by simulating realistic wheel load combinations and is used by many vehicle and wheel manufacturers in the car and truck industry.

This year’s conference will feature not only a series of lectures, but also interactive workshops designed to foster open dialogue and knowledge sharing among practitioners and researchers.

The following topics have already been confirmed for the program:

• Efficient acquisition of load data during test operations,
• Comparative analysis of load programs for inner and outer drum ZWARPs,
• Correlation between internal stress amplitudes and external wheel loads.

The conference and the come2gether will take place on Fraunhofer LBF campus in Darmstadt - Kranichstein.
